Well Being

In 2002 Paul Zane Pilzer an economist hailed what he called the dawn of the wellness revolution where we would see the emergence of a shift of focus from sickness treatment to sickness prevention. Today globally the wellness industry has become a $6.2 trillion dollar and set to grow to $9.2 trillion dollar worldwide by 2030.

Well-being well... has become a bit of an obsession! And while there have been some marked improvements and accessibility to resources we continue to evolve in what we understand by well-being and how we can more integrate aspects of well-being into our daily living and life choices.

A key component of well-being here is to make a commitment to living consciously as a fundamental way of life.

I teach a program called whole body intelligent living (WBLL) as part of my work at the Alice Institute and also offer one on one sessions to those interested in exploring areas with me where they would like to deepen their commitment to their well-being and are looking for support and someone who will help them plan out and hold them accountable to meeting their goals for living a more well-balanced and follow a more consciously loving life.
