As a certified coach and facilitator I specialize in four core disciplines: life, leadership, creativity, and relationships. Applying the latest science-backed methodologies my goal with all clients is to unlock profound transformation in hours rather than years. A central element of my practice is whole-body intelligence with the proven understanding that the body holds the key to unlocking deeper consciousness. My facilitation primarily focuses on you and I co-creating the immediate and impactful shifts experientially that lead to lasting change.

I am also the founder of the Alice Institute, a learning center offering formal certificate programs in whole body intelligent relationships, leadership, living and creativity.

Passionate for several decades now about a whole body approach to branding I partner with clients who want to create more authentically aligned people cultures, as well as design and build more effective brand and marketing communication strategies—both for themselves personally and for their businesses and organizations.
